Everyone at Senior Blades, our Chairwoman, Kathryn and all the Committee, wish our member Roy Ashton hearty congratulations on reaching his 100th birthday. Roy was guest of honour at the Blades v Wigan match yesterday and came onto the pitch to receive a tremendous applause from the over 29,000 crowd. He and his wife Trudi had also celebrated their 76th wedding anniversary on the same date, 5th April. Well done Roy.
