At our last lunch meeting in January, we were very pleased to be able to share in the birthday celebrations of Jean Ringstead and wish her a happy 90th birthday. Jean’s late husband, as most members will know, was Alf Ringstead, who played for Sheffield United from 1950 to 1959.
Jean is a regular member at our monthly lunches and enjoyed a good day with her friends at Senior Blades. She was presented with a floral gift by Beryl Whitney on behalf of the Committee and members, and we wish Jean well and look forward to her continuing support of Senior Blades.
