Senior Blades welcome Golden Rams

At our September lunch, Senior Blades were delighted to welcome a party from Derby County’s Golden Rams Group.   Forty Six travelled from Derby to enjoy lunch and entertainment at our regular meeting.  Travelling with the group were Roger Davies, former Derby County striker and now one of three club ambassadors, Charon Croft, wife of the Chairman and owner, Mel Morris, along with Grace Vivian, their Events Executive and Supporter Liaison Officer. Derby County TV also sent a camera crew to record the event too.

All the guests were seated amongst Senior Blades so that everyone could chat and exchange ideas about their experiences within their own organisation.  The Golden Rams have only been in existence for a year and it was from Roger Davies’ knowledge of Senior Blades that their group came to be formed.  Everyone enjoyed the day and the guests left Sheffield having enjoyed a great day and being very impressed with our set-up and stadium too. They all congratulated us on our promotion and hoped they would be joining us very soon.  Pictured are some of the guests with Sheffield United Ambassador Tony Currie, alongside Roger Davies.
