Wow, what an afternoon, with over 200 members and guests, the Senior Blades Christmas party was a huge success. We welcomed our Manager, Chris Wilder and his wife Francesca, along with two players, Oli Arblaster, Sai Sachdev and a number of Sheffield United staff.
We had been asked for permission to allow a small team from Football Focus to attend to interview Chris for the programme on Saturday 14th December. Mark Clemmit arrived with his team and interviewed Chris, the two players plus our lunch day host Tony Currie along with regular attender, Ted Hemsley.
The members were delighted and Senior Blades made their national television debut on Football Focus.
