Congratulations  to Chris Wilder,  Alan Knill, all the squad the Staff at B D T B L.  Not the finish we would  have liked at Southampton but hey we finished in the TOP TEN of the PREMIER LEAGUE. The foundations are in place and ready for Chris to take us to the next level.                      We hope you enjoy the remainder of the summer and look forward to another season in the PREMIER LEAGUE.

PLAYER OF THE SEASON

Following the enjoyable season we have had from Chris Wilder,  his team and the players back in the Premier League, we are asking Senior Blades members to nominate their player of the season. This may be a difficult task and we would appreciate it, if members could send their nominations via email to      info@seniorblades.com     by  the 2nd  August the votes will be counted on the 3rd August and the result will be published in our next  newsletter and the  Senior Blades website      www.seniorblades.co.uk

TOP TEN PREDICTOR

Since the restart of the Premier League season a number of Senior Blades members have taken part in a competition to predict the results of our last ten league games. It has added a little more fun and interest to the games which have been played without spectators. Congatulations to the top three members  out of forty who entered,  are listed below.

Stephen took 2nd place on the golden goal time of 75  to Serana’s  80.

The Top Ten Predictor may be the forerunner of other similar competitions for Senior Blades. Watch this space.

AWAY DAY AND BOWLS TOURNAMENT 2020

Members are reminded that these  two events have been cancelled. It is hoped that both these and the monthly lunches will resume in the near future. Further information will be circulated to members when it is available.
